My Own Birth is an Australia business run by two women, Sarah and Tess. They both are practicing, registered midwives and nurses. These beautiful ladies are on the frontline, seeing first hand what mamas are experiencing and the gaps in birth education.
One of the things I really love about their biz, all the birth classes are private and tailored specifically for each mama. They provide evidence based and unbiased information to prepare mamas for a positive birth experience - whatever that may be. Each women will have a completely individual and unique journey to motherhood, so why should you all receive the same birth class?
