Our ugly delicious dahl is packed full of organic red lentils (think fibre to get those early post-baby bowel movements going) and enriched with organic chicken bone broth to aid in tissue repair (hello sore cha-cha or sun-roof baby scar). To spice things up, we’ve combined our signature flavour of single-origin Gewürzhaus spices: ginger, turmeric, garlic and cardamom. Each providing warming and restorative properties to support your immune system and help you thrive today.

We use organic, Australian free-range chicken bone broth made from high-quality chicken bones, organic onions, and organic apple cider vinegar. This provides maximum nutritional benefits including collagen, minerals, and amino acids.

You'll need 400ml coconut cream and 1000ml boiling water. A lemon and some vegetables (if that's your vibe) That's it! The mix contains everything else needed for a delicious, complete meal.

This serves 4 people as a main meal or 8 people as a side dish, making it perfect for meal prep or feeding visiting family and friends.

We love it topped with a big scoop of sauerkraut (great for gut health!), tamari for umami depth, and toasted black sesame seeds for crunch and extra nutrition. Serve with rice, naan, or enjoy on its own.
